Program Design for Monitoring and Evaluation
This course will build on your ability to develop a theoretical framework of monitoring and evaluation. In this portion of the program, you will start operationalizing the theoretical framework into a measurable one. You will learn how to move from constructs to variables, how to build reliable and valid measures, and which qualitative and quantitative methodologies and designs are available to you. The course also will include discussion of case studies from various sectors/industries. This is an instructor-led virtual course scheduled to run on New York - Eastern local time (ET). Students are required to attend at least 80% of the sessions for each course in order to successfully complete it.
