Ali Siddiqui

Ali Siddiqui is an Adjunct Instructor at New York University in the Schack Institute of Real Estate.  He is also an experienced real estate investment professional with deep expertise in underwriting, financial modeling, and capital markets advisory. He has worked across diverse sectors, including multifamily, office, hospitality, retail, self-storage, senior living, industrial, and life sciences. His relevant experience includes mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and institutional capital raising for both private and public real estate companies.

Currently, Ali serves as Associate Director of Investments at Beaconhouse Capital Management in New York City. Previously, he held roles at Hawksbay Investments, RBC Capital Markets, Truist Securities, and Hodes Weill & Associates, where he advised on high-profile real estate M&A, capital markets transactions, and institutional capital placement.
