Julie Wan, holds an MA in TESOL from NYU and a BA in Education from National Taiwan Normal University.  She is also a tenured teacher at the New York State Department of Education.  In addition to being the author of an English workbook series, English Treasure, for Oxford University Press (China), she is the host and scriptwriter for a daily Chinese learning program Nihao101 (www.facebook.com/nihao101) on Sinovision.  In 2005, she wrote and taught The Language of Care, a Cantonese/Mandarin curriculum for nurses at 1199SEIU.
