Adjunct Instructor

Mykella Auld has over 10 years of experience in the public sector, specializing in quantitative analysis, community centered and equitable data practices, strategic visioning, and impact analysis. Mykella has developed a range of data governance, data ethics, data-driven decision-making, and equity and engagement in data programs for public sector clients across the globe at Johns Hopkins University and Loyola University Chicago. Mykella has partnered with over 50 national governments, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions to drive sustainable development and impactful community driven outcomes.

Mykella is currently an adjunct instructor at New York University teaching data classes to working professionals in the public sector and beyond. Mykella holds a BA in Sociology, an M.Ed in Leadership, and a Postgraduate Certification in Public Policy and Urban Affairs.

Mykella holds a strong commitment to empowering organizations to make data-informed decisions, measure impact, and engage stakeholders to build systems that promote long-term sustainability, ultimately creating change-capable organizations. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.
