Dr. Kevin Harbison joined PharmaCann in 2017. He has led development of the company’s cannabis patient education and consultation protocols throughout several highly regulated state markets, undertaking responsibilities both in direct daily engagement and consultation with patients at the retail dispensary level, and in establishing patient outreach and educational seminars that have taken on a national scope.

Dr. Harbison is currently the Manager of Clinical Services and Regulatory Operations along with being the Maryland Clinical Director for PharmaCann. He is a preceptor for the University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy, Albany College of Pharmacy, and D’Youville School of Pharmacy in New York. As a preceptor, Dr. Harbison serves as an experienced pharmaceutical practitioner providing supervision during clinical practice and facilitates the application of pharmaceutical theory into practical skills for students and staff learners.

Dr. Harbison was previously tenured at Rite Aid for 15 years. He handled Supervisory Pharmacist duties for 7 of the 11 years he was a licensed pharmacist with the company. Dr. Harbison earned his Doctorate in Pharmacy from the University of Buffalo School of Pharmacy in 2006. He currently holds active pharmacist licenses in New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Ohio.
