Sheffin Joseph

Sheffin Joseph is an Associate Director at Hudson Valley Property Group, an affordable housing owner/developer and manager of preservation private equity funds.   Sheffin is responsible for structuring and executing on multi-family property acquisitions and rehabs nationally. Sheffin has diverse experiences in real estate spanning private equity, government, and non-profit settings. Before joining HVPG, Sheffin worked for The NHP Foundation, Prudential Financial, and the NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development. Sheffin holds a B.S. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a master’s degree in City and Regional Planning with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.
