Adjunct Instructor

Laura Benvenuto joined the faculty at NYU’s Center for Global Affairs in 2022. Ms. Benvenuto has over twenty-five years of experience teaching all levels of mathematics. For the past fifteen years she has spent teaching Undergraduate Statistics courses at Stony Brook University, Farmingdale College and Suffolk Community College. In addition to her adjunct faculty appointments she supervises high school teachers as the Faculty Liaison for the Farmingdale College Mathematics department. Ms. Benvenuto earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from Stony Brook University, a Master of Science in Mathematics & Education from Queens College and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership from Stony Brook University.
