Sandra Hughes is an organizational consultant and coach with over 30 years of corporate leadership experience across multiple industries. She specializes in diversity and inclusion consulting, developing leaders, creating high performance teams, and leveraging personality assessments for increased awareness and optimized performance. Sandra has a passion for developing others and a strong desire to enable untapped potential in leaders. She has held leadership positions in human resources and talent management for global organizations.  As Managing Partner for TruEdge Consulting, Sandra provides consulting in organization and leadership development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, team alignment and program design. Prior to working with TruEdge Consulting, Sandra served as an Associate Vice President at Nasdaq overseeing Global Talent Management and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. She has held leadership roles at Alcoa, CIT Group, KPMG and Atlantic Mutual Companies where she focused on leadership and professional development to inspire strong leadership and solid team performance.
