Adjunct InstructorShelley Wolson is a freelance copy editor and writer with special expertise in food, lifestyle, and family topics. A journalist for more than 25 years, she creates, produces, writes, and edits magazines, books, and website content. Wolson is also the author of Budget Celebrations: The Hostess Guide to Year-Round Entertaining on a Dime (Filipacchi Publishing, 2009). Her client list includes: Vanity Fair, Glamour, Bon Appétit, and SELF magazines at Condé Nast; Money and Fortune magazines at Time Inc.; Weight Watchers Magazine and its website and cookbook division; Scholastic; and MORE, Men’s Journal, Latina, and Palm Springs Life magazines. Shelley has an MA in Journalism from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL, and a BA in Journalism and Radio/Television from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
