MaryBeth Sigler, MBA, is an adjunct professor in the coaching program. She is a certified executive leadership coach who specializes in leadership development, organizational coaching, and mindful leadership. Ms. Sigler has had a successful 20-year career in management consulting, corporate finance and corporate human resources, where she led teams and mentored individuals to success. In addition to managing her own leadership coaching business, MaryBeth partners with Skyline Group to provide leadership coaching to clients internationally. She is a Senior Consultant and Trainer with The Potential Project, leading corporate mindfulness training initiatives. She coaches NYU Stern MBAs in the Leadership Development Program. MaryBeth frequently speaks to business groups on emotional intelligence and mindful leadership.
