Deborah Stamos-Tomasi

Ms. Tomasi’s background encompasses property management and financial operations for both commercial and residential portfolios. She has worked with over a dozen prestigious clients including Metlife, Teachers, Sony, NYU, NYPH, Malkin, Chanel and Morgan Stanley. Currently a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield, Ms. Tomasi is a two time winner of their International Best Practices competition winning the Grand Prize for an electronic management tool for Electric Rent Inclusion and for Property Management for an electronic Field Assistant used on a multi-building, two campus portfolio. Ms. Tomasi will serve a three year appointment on the Board of Directors of BOMA, NY starting January 2016. She is also a dedicated advocate of the Covenant House charity supporting fund raising on an annual basis.
