Constance Higdon

Adjunct Instructor

Constance Higdon, MPA, within the Leadership and Human Capital Management Department, is an adjunct instructor. She has worked as a senior management analyst at the New York State Unified Court System for over 25 years and has been responsible for statewide human resources policy initiatives, professional development training, and selection and recruitment. She is currently teaching Equal Employment Opportunity Law and has taught The Foundations of Training at NYUSPS. In addition, Ms. Higdon has taught The Principles and Practices of Management and The Dynamics of Interpersonal and Written Communication at Cornell School of Industrial Labor Relations, and Organizational Management Behavior at the City University of New York.  She is a pro bono mediator with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and a human resources training consultant.
