Adjunct Assistant Professor

Sue has spent all of her nearly 40 year career in the nonprofit sector and now serves as President of Davies Ang Consulting. In this capacity, she provides campaign, major gifts, grant writing and board development consulting and training to nonprofits. In 2018, New York Nonprofit Media named her one of the Top 50 over 50 Nonprofit Leaders in New York City. Sue has held leadership positions at United Way of New York City, Montclair State University, Rutgers University, the All Stars Project, Barnard College and the American Cancer Society. She has been a featured speaker at Women in Development, Association for Fundraising Professionals and elsewhere. In addition, Sue has served on the Boards of the All Stars Project, Women in Development and Leadership Newark. She is active in racial justice, diversity, and equity efforts. Sue received a BA from Bryn Mawr College, a Masters in Information Science from Pace University and a certificate in database programming from Columbia University. When not teaching, Sue is traveling and her blog Travelforlifenow was identified as one of the top female bloggers to watch in 2019.
