Terence Brennan
Adjunct InstructorTerence Brennan RA, LEED AP is a vice president, regional account lead with JLL in New York. He is a licensed architect in New York and New Jersey and LEED Accredited Professional. He has worked in the real estate development and management field for 28 years primarily in corporate real estate. He has developed multiple, significant building projects in New York for major financial services firms. Three of these projects have been LEED certified including the first LEED certified skyscraper. At NYUSPS he is an adjunct instructor within the Schack Institute of Real Estate and teaches courses on The Business of Facility Management and Facilities Planning/Project Management.
