REIT Investment Fund
This course is sponsored by Schack's REIT Center. The REIT Investment Fund (the “Fund”) will enable NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate (“Schack”) students to be part of a truly hands-on experience in real estate securities investment management. The student leadership of the Fund shall work directly with Schack’s REIT Center (“REIT Center”) on marketing, research, and various industry engagement initiatives. The objectives of the Fund are to provide students with an opportunity to apply and integrate real estate institute teachings in the pursuit of investment management; to preserve and grow the funds under management; to allow students the opportunity to run their own business, to think like principals, and to further develop management and teamwork skills.
