Ralph Maldari

Ralph Maldari is an executive leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, hotel management, hospitality, and business development. His roles span multiple industries and global brands including Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS), Mount Sinai Health System, New York University, NYU Langone Medical Center, Columbia University Medical Center, Ian Schrager Hotels, and the Trump Hotel Collection. Ralph is currently Vice President, Patient Engagement & Hospitality Services at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). In his role, Ralph leads operational teams to optimize hospitality services to create successful consumer experiences, develop external relationships and expand into new markets. Ralph has received a BS from NYU Steinhardt and an MS from NYU Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality. He teaches Customer Relationship Management at the undergraduate and graduate level.
