H. Randall Morgan, Jr., is CEO of Morgan Language Services Corp. (www.morganlanguages.com), a comprehensive language solutions provider based near Washington, DC. Having provided written, spoken and electronic services in over 120 languages for over 30 years, Randy has added "role playing" for U.S. Special Forces as a major focus for his company's activities this past decade. He and his team of 300 Afghan-American employees spend up to 4 weeks at a time living "in character" in mock Afghan villages in the southwestern U.S. to support pre-deployment training for the U.S. military. The core services of the firm, however, continue to be translation and interpretation under corporate, State and Federal contracts. Prior to establishing his current firm, Morgan co-founded ASET International Services Corporation, in 1989, to provide project coordination, translation and interpretation support for corporate and government programs and events. As ASET's Chairman/CEO for over 17 years, Morgan grew the company to 100 employees and $10 million in revenue annually. During the early years of building the company, Morgan simultaneously managed ASET's Moscow office from 1989 to 1995. An international public speaker and executive coach, Morgan provides strategic counseling and Board guidance to multiple institutions, including the Association of Language Companies and the Association for Safe International Road Travel. He serves as Chair of the Maryland-Israel Sister State Committee, and is a past president of the Dartmouth Alumni Class Officers Association. Randy speaks Russian, French, Spanish and some Hebrew, and he is learning Dari and Pashto from his role player personnel. As former Vice President of The Association of Language Companies (www.alcus.org), Randy created the Association's acclaimed Language Industry Survey, which is now in its 19th year of publication.

David Brackett is the visionary founder and driving force behind Linguava,  a groundbreaking language access company he launched in 2010 with just one employee. Under his dynamic leadership, Linguava has flourished into a global enterprise with over 100 dedicated team members and a network of thousands of linguists across 250+ languages. Under David's leadership Linguava successfully launched an accredited healthcare interpreter training program helping train interpreters in the US and internationally. David's expertise extends beyond business; he is a sought-after speaker, known for his compelling presentations on leadership, the pivotal role of interpreters, core values, and innovative team- building strategies. A recognized authority in the field, David served as President of the Oregon Healthcare Interpreters Association (OHCIA) and currently chairs the NCIHC Languages of Limited Diffusion (LLD) committee. In this role, he champions the training and development of interpreters for languages that are rare yet vital to community support. David also hosts The Invisible Profession, a popular podcast that equips listeners with invaluable insights and practical tools for success in interpretation and translation. As a nationally certified Spanish medical interpreter, he is deeply committed to advancing health equity and improving patient outcomes. His passion for enhancing language access ensures that Limited English Proficient (LEP) and Deaf and Hardof Hearing individuals not only have a voice but also a meaningful seat at the table. David's innovative approach and heartfelt dedication make him an inspiring figure in the realm of language access, and his expertise continues to drive positive change in communities across the nation.
