Industry Focused October 4 Event for Business Meeting Planners Will Explore Strategies to Increase Participation in Meetings and Conventions

NEW YORK, October 1, 2018—The NYU School of Professional Studies (NYUSPS) Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality, a leader in hospitality, travel, and tourism education, will host the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) New York Chapter “Education Day 2018 - Rethinking Participant Engagement” on Thursday, October 4 at the NYU Kimmel Center for University Life. Intended for professionals in the global business meetings arena, the event will explore strategies that increase participation at meetings and conventions.

With more than 7,000 members and an audience of more than 50,000 individuals, PCMA is the world’s largest network of business events strategists.
