James and Marjorie Kuhn generously pledged $1 million to endow the James and Marjorie Kuhn Program to Foster Diversity in Real Estate.  This scholarship was established to increase the participation of underrepresented groups as leaders in the worldwide real estate industry and foster opportunities for their success ultimately increasing the numbers of future real estate professionals from diverse backgrounds.  Students whose undergraduate degree is from a US accredited HBCU (Historically Black College or University) or HSI (Hispanic Serving Institution) may be given special consideration for this scholarship.
