Overview

NEW MS IN EXECUTIVE COACHING AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING

The Human Capital Management department successfully launched its new MS in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting in Fall 2020. This graduate program is designed to address the growing demand for highly skilled and academically trained coaching and consulting professionals. Students will be prepared to increase and improve organizational effectiveness and will develop the critical skills required of leaders today, including talent development, leadership presence, and effective communication. Leading industry practitioners will bridge evidence-based science and practice, empowering students to become more influential and strategic leaders of change.

This 30-credit accelerated program can be completed entirely online, onsite or in a blended format, with the exception of the Immersion Fundamentals Residency which will meet for one week in-person. It is also aligned with the International Coach Federation (ICF). Full-time students can complete the degree within one year, while part-time students can complete the degree in two years.

The Human Capital Management Department strives to be a leader in developing the next generation of HR professionals by providing students with a comprehensive understanding of how people and strategy help an organization to achieve its goals and objectives.
