Chet has more than 30 years’ experience as a direct-to-consumer marketer. He was an early ecommerce and digital marketing leader at Columbia House, Audible, and Conde Nast, and has worked with several early-stage digital marketing firms. He is a long-time environmentalist with a strong commitment to socially equitable and environmentally sustainable business principles. Chet has been an adjunct instructor in Integrated Marketing at NYU School of Professional Studies since 2003, earning a Teaching Excellence Award in 2018. He is also a Senior Research Scholar with the Center for Sustainable Business at NYU Stern School of Business since 2016, where he does research as part of the Center’s Invest NYC SDG initiative and writes case studies designed to introduce business students to sustainable business principles.
