Alison Flynn is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Condé Nast, where she advises on commercial, editorial and strategic matters, overseeing the global legal teams as well as all corporate and commercial legal advice and strategy for the company. Prior to joining Condé Nast, she held senior legal roles at Transfix, Advance, and BakerHostetler, with a focus on media, technology, and international transactions. She attended Vanderbilt University Law School, the Université de Paris I – Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Colorado.
