communities. Gagan is assisting NJ TRANSIT to reduce operating costs and monetize underutilized real estate assets. By repositioning these assets for alternative market-driven uses that complement their proximity to transit, NJ TRANSIT can also contribute to creating housing opportunities and fulfilling other unmet community needs.
