Scott E Dunphy

Scott Dunphy is an Adjunct Instructor for New York University at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. Scott is also a Portfolio Manager at MetLife Investment Management where he is responsible for fund management, portfolio strategy and construction, investment decision making, capital raising, and performance analysis. Prior to joining MIM in 2013, Scott was with Freddie Mac where he managed their CMBS portfolio and helped quantify risks in the multifamily mortgage portfolio. Scott graduated Summa Cum Laude from American University's Kogod School of Business where he obtained a BS in Business Administration.
