Stefan Martinovic

Stefan Martinovic is an Adjunct Instructor for New York University at the Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is a seasoned innovator with domain expertise in technology, real estate, economic development and investment management. He is a builder of companies, buildings and products. He is able to rapidly dissect complex challenges while leading teams that formulate creative solutions across digital and built environments.

He is currently the founder of Circular Enterprises, a real estate company developing an ecosystem of sustainability-driven projects across agriculture, hospitality and housing that realize the benefits of regeneration and the circular economy.  The Circular portfolio captures unique economic and environmental synergies by employing an ecosystem-based approach to sustainable development, grounded in five core principles: Grow Regeneratively, Consume Consciously, Upcycle Perpetually, Plan Purposefully and Build Sustainably.
