Dr. Phyllis Fein is a Passionate Educator and Creative Innovator with deep knowledge of trendspotting and technical product development, consumer insights and brand development across the luxury and mass fashion and beauty sectors. She has held Executive Marketing Director and Global Innovation roles at Fortune 500 companies including L’Oréal, Estee Lauder and Banana Boat Sun care.

Currently, Dr. Fein teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in business strategy, consumer behavior, entrepreneurship and marketing communications at New York University, Purchase College and SUNY Westchester. Dr. Fein coaches, mentors and; judges new venture entrepreneurship startup teams including
the NYU Berkley Center for Entrepreneurship Competition, the Mid-Hudson Valley Entrepreneurship Competition and Purchase College’s “Shark Tank” competition. She also mentors entrepreneurial minded youth starting their own businesses as a coach at Girls With Impact, a non-profit organization

Dr. Fein holds a Doctorate in Executive Leadership from Manhattanville College with the topic of study: Academic Integrity and Ethics and earned her MBA and bachelor’s degrees from New York University Stern School of Business in Marketing. She has competed Professional Certificates in Innovation and Technology from MIT, College Counseling from UCLA and Case Study Methods from Harvard University Publishing.
