He has held senior executive roles across the private and public sectors, including Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management at Madison Square Garden Entertainment and Vice President of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Credit Suisse. In New York City government, he served as Deputy Chief of Staff at the Department of Citywide Administrative Services. He led Gracie Mansion, advising senior leaders on workforce strategy, operations, and public engagement.
Demetrius is an Adjunct Professor at New York University’s Preston Robert Tisch Institute for Global Sport, NYU Real World, where he guides graduate and undergraduate students through real world strategy and leadership challenges with global brands, civic institutions, and emerging ventures.
