Gemini Yadav is a risk management professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in the financial services in Tokyo and New York.
Gemini is an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) specialist in the Internal Audit’s Risk function at the Signature Bank. She contributes to Internal Audit’s risk assessment of the Bank that forms the basis of the annual audit plan, and conducts audits towards providing assurance for the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management program.
Prior to that, Gemini worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a Senior Analyst in the Enterprise Risk Oversight and Credit Risk functions in the Risk department. Gemini’s experience includes development and implementation of an enterprise risk management program; risk frameworks, governance and risk infrastructure; conducting risk assessments, risk prioritization, and collaborating in enterprise-wide risk projects. Gemini also worked at Lehman Brothers, Neuberger Berman and Barclays Capital as a business analyst and project manager.
Gemini has been an Adjunct Associate Faculty in Graduate ERM Program at Columbia University. Courses include Enterprise Risk Management, Strategic Risk Management and Company Failures.
Gemini has received several degrees including Master of Philosophy (MPhil.) in International Relations and a Graduate Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management.
