James J Faello

James Faello is an Adjunct Instructor at New York University in Schack Institute of Real Estate. He currently serves as Managing Director at Gryphon Real Estate Capital Partners, LLC. James is solely responsible for deal origination and underwriting, capital raising and corporate strategy. Before Gryphon, he was the Vice President of Senior Underwriter at Rialto Capital Management.
