Jake Feldman has over 25 years international finance, tax and treasury experience in both the corporate and public accounting sectors, providing advisory services in those areas. Over the course of his career, Jake has generated hundreds of millions of dollars in benefits. He has led large-scale international multi-disciplinary teams, and has conducted projects and traveled to over 50 countries throughout Asia, Australia/New Zealand, Europe, Latin America, Africa and the Middle East.

Jake serves clients in a wide variety of industries that have also included most of the top 10 investment banks and many leading hedge funds. Jake served as Executive Director of Transfer Pricing at Grant Thornton LLP, where he was practice leader and subject matter consultant for the Northeast region. Previously, he was Senior Director of International Tax Planning at Merck & Co., Inc. and Senior Director of Global Entity Management, where he headed the Company’s global transfer pricing function. He has also advised, valued and negotiated acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, joint ventures and marketing arrangements.

Jake taught at New York University Stern School of Business as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Finance and is currently an Adjunct Instructor at New York University School of Professional Studies and an Adjunct Associate Professor at Pace University teaching graduate finance. He has been a speaker at national conferences sponsored by Gerson Lehrman Group, Tax Executives Institute, the Economist, Executive Enterprise Institute, Knowledge Congress, Baker & McKenzie and other forums on a variety of finance and tax topics. Jake has served on the Editorial Advisory Board of World Trade Executive and the Economist Intelligence Unit, covering business and finance in emerging markets.
