Shaunice Hawkins is an award-winning executive with deep global equity and inclusion, human capital management, and business expertise. A corporate veteran with 25 years of multi-industry, cross-discipline experience leading initiatives for multinational organizations in the financial services, media, trade, travel and hospitality, healthcare, retail, technology, and charitable sectors. As principal of Evolutions Consulting + Advising, she is routinely solicited by Fortune 500 companies, startups, and nonprofits alike. ByteDance/TikTok, Chubb Insurance, GlaxoSmithKline, JPMorgan Chase, Procter & Gamble, The Financial Times, Jackson Lewis PC, JetBlue, Complex Media, Okayplayer, Girl Scouts of America, She's the First, Impact.com, and the USDA are among the organizations to which she has lent her insights and expertise.

As a member of New York University’s (NYU) faculty, Hawkins teaches public relations, organizational behavior, and other business-related curricula to an international student body for the School of Professional Studies’ Division of Programs in Business, Division of Applied Undergraduate Studies, and Human Capital Management Programs. She also serves as a Capstone mentor for NYU’s highly decorated MS in Public Relations and Corporate Communication program. As a member of Columbia University's faculty, she educates rising innovators, scholars, leaders, and entrepreneurs who take part in the school's Pre-College Summer Immersion Program.

Hawkins holds degrees, post-graduate certificates, professional certificates, and designations from St. John's University (AS), New York University (BA), Rutgers University (mMBA), Northeastern University (MS), Villanova University (CSSGB), Cornell University, and Tulane University as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Equal Employment Advisory Council (EEAC), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and the NJ Association of Professional Mediators (NJAPM). She is a member of Northeastern's Sigma Epsilon Rho Honor Society and former NYU Dean's Scholar.
