Joseph Bulvid has over 30 years of experience in a leadership role impacting Mergers & Acquisitions and Employee Benefits. As Vice President Global Benefits, Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions for Johnson & Johnson HQ with overall Corporate HR responsibility and early stage engagement in all U.S. and International acquisitions and divestitures, he supported over 400 transactions with more than $60 billion in value.
He created a unique M&A role in Corporate America, involving the strategic implications of employees: including deal structure, Merger Agreement development, negotiations, due diligence and retention strategies; impacting Finance, Legal, Business and HR aspects of a deal. He is a featured speaker at various M&A seminars and conferences.
He has also enjoyed a 2nd vocation as a playwright, having numerous short plays produced in NYC, London, Hong Kong and various regional U.S theaters.
