Charlie Sungho Shin is an experienced sports executive with more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, growth strategy, life-cycle marketing, CRM, marketing performance measurement, data analytics, and marketing technology across various industries. He joined the Indianapolis Colts in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President of Strategy & Analytics. In this role, he oversees the organization's strategic planning, go-to-market strategy, CRM operations and marketing technology innovation.

Prior to joining the Colts, Charlie was a VP of Strategy & Analytics at MLS for the past 15 years where he developed the foundation and enhanced league-wide data strategy, analytic capabilities and CRM technology infrastructure. He also worked as a senior business consultant at Samsung OpenTide and PwC Consulting for over six years managing various projects related to customer strategy, CRM strategy, performance marketing, customer segmentation and new business model development.

In addition to his current role at the Colts, he serves as an adjunct faculty at New York University’s graduate program for Integrated Marketing and Columbia University’s Sports Management graduate program. Charlie holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University and an M.S. in Sports Business from New York University.
