Mike Graziano is co-head of the Global Real Estate Investment Banking business at Goldman Sachs, and serves as a strategic advisor to a number of private and publicly traded real estate companies with regard to mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and general corporate finance matters. He is also a member of the Investment Banking Executive Committee. Graziano joined Goldman Sachs in 1988 and has spent more than 30 years focused on the real estate business. He was named managing director in 2000 and partner in 2006.
Graziano is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts, The Real Estate Roundtable, and the Urban Land Institute. He is also on the board of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He earned an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from Georgetown University.
