Kristin Gannon

Kristin Gannon has spent 25 years as an investment banker and financial advisor in the global real estate industry. She has transacted over $150 billion in real estate M&A and sale transactions and equity, debt and IPO financings. Gannon is currently a managing director and member of the Eastdil Secured Management Committee. She is based in San Francisco and is global co-head of the Eastdil Secured Corporate Advisory and M&A Group.

She serves as financial and strategic advisor to several private and publicly traded real estate companies and advised on mergers, sales, divestitures, capital raising, and recapitalizations. Gannon is a member of the Policy Advisory Board of the Fisher Center at UC Berkeley and the Urban Land Institute, and a board member of Aim High. She has previously served on the boards of TriPointe Homes, Lineage Logistics, and James Campbell Company. Gannon earned a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
