The Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality and the Schack Institute of Real Estate at the NYU School of Professional Studies, along with NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference Chair Jonathan Tisch, are pleased to announce the NYU Hospitality and Real Estate Investment Conference at NYU Shanghai on January 10-12, 2022.
This new global conference is inspired by the great success and the lasting impact of the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, which for more than 40 years has been one of the hospitality industry’s most prominent gatherings, and the Conference on Capital Markets in Real Estate, the preeminent annual meeting of real estate capital markets executives, now in its 54th year.
Why should you attend?
The Shanghai conference will differ from similar industry-driven events in Asia in that it will be hosted by a non-profit entity that is dedicated to developing the next generation of industry leaders in China. Building upon the success of our New York-based conferences, we are launching this new event to provide an essential forum for dialogue among leaders of industry with an interest in the Asia-Pacific region.
This conference will:

Crowning the prestigious 88-story Jinmao Tower, Grand Hyatt Shanghai is a landmark address in the center of Lujiazui business and financial area.
Special lodging rates, starting at ¥1,610 RMB (~$250 USD) per night, have been arranged for conference attendees on January 10-12, 2022. These rates are available until Friday, December 10, 2021 or until the room block has been fully reserved by attendees. At that time, the hotel will accept reservations on a rate-and space-available basis only.
Registration and our special hotel room rate will be available soon.
Cancellation and Refund Policies
Registration cancellations and refund requests must be received by Monday, January 3, 2022. Submit the request by email to sps.globalconferences@nyu.edu and indicate registrant name, organization, contact information, and access pass code. Please note a USD $300 cancellation fee will apply. Cancellations received after January 3, 2022 are non-refundable and we are not able to arrange cancellation exceptions or accept onsite cancellations.
Transfer of Registration Policy
A transfer of registration will be accepted if written notice is received by Monday, January 3, 2022. Submit the request by email to sps.globalconferences@nyu.edu and indicate the following information for both individuals involved in the transfer: registrant names, organizations, contact information, and access pass code. Please note a USD $150 transfer fee will apply. Transfer requests received after January 3, 2022 will not be accepted and we are not able to arrange onsite transfer of registrations.
