Each academic year, the Tisch Center hosts the Stephen W. Brener Distinguished Lecturer Series in Hospitality Management and The Grossinger-Bergman Distinguished Lecturer Series in Travel and Tourism. These events are open to students, alumni faculty members, and industry professionals. Previous speakers have included Danny Meyer (CEO, Union Square Hospitality), Frits Van Paasschen (former CEO, Starwood Hotels and Resorts), Frank Del Rio (CEO, Norwegian Cruiselines), David Marriott (COO Eastern Region - The Americas, Marriott International) and Kurt Ekert (CEO, CWT).
