On Friday, June 16, 2023, at Convene in New York City, the NYU School of Professional Studies Programs in Human Capital Management hosted the second annual NYU Coaching and Technology Summit, where nearly 300 chief human resource officers, talent executives, and learning and development leaders engaged with industry innovators, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders at the forefront of coaching-enabled success and optimization.

On Friday, June 16, 2023, nearly 300 attendees joined NYU School of Professional Studies for its 2nd Annual NYU Coaching and Technology Summit at Convene in New York City.
Anna Tavis of NYU SPS and event co-chair opened the 2nd Annual NYU Coaching and Technology Summit with a talk on AI and regulation with Keith Sonderling of the US EEOC.
Woody Woodward, NYU SPS professor and event co-chair (far left), moderated a panel on coaching and technology with leaders from Coaching.com, Valence, Optify, Aiir Consulting, and EZRA Labs.
Sinead Keenan of EZRA Labs (far left) led a panel on coaching culture with Emily Lin (Mastercard); Samantha Lynn (NYU EZRA Scholar); Jim Reid (Rogers Comm.); and Yvette Vargas (Citizens Bank).
Fenton Reese, founder of the Veterans Coaching Project, and Maureen Sutton of Korn Ferry captivated the audience with a talk on the impact that coaching services are having on our nation’s veterans.
