Martin Devine, Psy.D. is a psychologist and psychoanalyst in private practice in New York, New York. He received his Psy.D. at Widener University and completed his analytic training at the New York University Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis (NYU Postdoc). Dr. Devine is on faculty at NYU Postdoc and an adjunct assistant professor at NYU’s School of Professional Studies. He is the Head of the Psychology Externship Program at NYU Postdoc. He was the director of the externship program in doctoral clinical psychology at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies (NIP). Dr. Devine is one of the founding members of the Sexualities and Gender Identities Committee (SGI) at NYU Postdoc and has served as the co-chair for APA’s Division 39: Society for Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychology’s Committee on Sexualities and Gender Identities.
