Millicent has decades of experience in economics, public finance, and the corporate governance and sustainability (ESG) spaces. Her work bridges economic analysis with real-world application across government, public finance, and higher education. She has worked closely with Fortune 500 leadership, regulators, institutional investors, and advocacy organizations to advance value-enhancing ESG practices. She has also worked on government budgets forecasting tax revenues, analyzing tax policy, and assessing the fiscal impact of economic events and legislation. As an educator, she has taught economics at multiple colleges and universities, emphasizing applied analysis, critical thinking, and the real-world implications of economic policy and data- driven decision-making.
She holds bachelor’s (first class honors) and master’s degrees in economics from the University of the West Indies, an MBA from Baruch College, and completed all but dissertation for a Ph.D. in economics at New York University. She also holds certificates in sustainability and data analytics.
