Antonio K. Young is a NFLPA Contract Advisor, and sports management executive with more than a decade of experience across athlete representation, brand partnerships, and integrated marketing. He is a sports agent at Wasserman, where he supports athletes in securing marketing, contract negotiation, and brand development opportunities, and contributes to long-term commercial and career strategy.
Antonio brings a multidisciplinary professional background that bridges agency representation, brand strategy, and creative entrepreneurship. Prior to Wasserman, he served as President and Founder of HCC, a creative and marketing consultancy providing branding, content development, and campaign strategy for athletes, creators, and emerging businesses. He has also held executive leadership roles at Hicks Holdings and served as Vice President of Player Relations and Co-Founder of X-Factor Sports, a boutique sports management firm that was later acquired.
Antonio is a former collegiate student-athlete at The Pennsylvania State University, where he developed a foundation in leadership, teamwork, and performance culture that continues to inform his work across sport and business. While at Penn State, he was actively engaged in student leadership and advocacy, experiences that shaped his long-standing commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.
Antonio’s professional interests center on athlete brand development, sponsorship strategy, and the role of media and storytelling in shaping value within the sports industry.
As an adjunct instructor at NYU’s Tisch Institute of Global Sports, Antonio emphasizes structured problem solving, case-based analysis, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and the practical application of marketing and brand principles within contemporary sport industry contexts. He integrates applied industry perspective and real-world case studies into the classroom to bridge theory and practice.
