Eunice K Ok
Eunice Ok is a director, product leader, and educator working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, workforce analytics, and algorithmic responsibility. She serves as Director of Research & AI/ML in Workforce Analytics at Merck, where she leads the design and deployment of data science and machine-learning products supporting workforce strategy, talent processes, and enterprise decision-making, including AI-enabled workflow and decision-support tools, and serves on the company’s AI Ethics and Governance Council.
Eunice teaches graduate-level courses at New York University, including Algorithmic Responsibility. Her courses emphasize applied practice: students build and evaluate AI-enabled decision tools informed by regulatory and policy frameworks used in workforce and employment settings.
Her interests focus on the design, deployment, and governance of AI-enabled workforce products, with attention to responsible AI practices, risk management, and downstream impacts across the system lifecycle. She holds a BA from Duke University, an MPA from NYU Wagner, and is completing an MS in Analytics at Georgia Institute of Technology. She is a CSPO and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
