Irina Ablyazova is an Adjunct Instructor of Marketing teaching graduate-level courses in Web Analytics, Digital Intelligence, and data-driven marketing strategy. Her teaching is deeply informed by extensive industry experience across digital agencies, advertising technology platforms, and global technology companies.
She brings more than a decade of professional experience in programmatic advertising, performance marketing, and marketing analytics into the classroom. Irina began her career in digital media agencies, spending four years at leading global networks including Omnicom and Publicis. In these roles, she worked closely with enterprise advertisers, supporting data-driven media planning, campaign execution, and performance measurement across digital channels. Later Irina transitioned into the advertising technology space, spending several years at AppNexus and three years at Amazon, supporting the growth and adoption of self-serve advertising products. Currently, Irina works at Uber as a Programmatic Enablement Manager, supporting advertising solutions within Uber’s marketplace.
In her graduate courses, Irina emphasizes applied learning and real-world relevance. Students engage with live case studies, modern analytics tools, and current industry challenges to develop practical skills in data analysis, experimentation, and strategic decision-making. She is particularly focused on helping students understand how analytics informs marketing strategy within performance-driven and privacy-conscious digital environments.Through her combined academic and professional work, Irina aims to prepare graduate students for analytics-driven careers in marketing, consulting, and technology by bridging theory with real world application.
