Mariana Pinos is the Senior Manager, Loyalty and Partnership Products – Elite Member Benefits at Marriott
International. In this role, she leads product strategy, benefit development, and experience enhancements for Marriott Bonvoy’s elite membership tiers. She works cross-functionally with product, partnerships, UX, engineering, and data teams to optimize elite benefits, strengthen member engagement, and drive loyalty value across Marriott’s global portfolio.
Previously, Mariana served as the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing for the Mediterranean culinary brand, CAVA. She led the development, planning, and execution of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives designed to drive growth, retention, and frequency. With a focus on maximizing customer value through integrated planning, she applied industry best practices across email, in-app messaging, push notifications, and SMS. She also oversaw the brand’s loyalty program, including redemption strategy, marketing, and program development. Prior to CAVA, Mariana worked at JetBlue Airways, progressing through the operations, finance, loyalty, and marketing teams. Her most recent role was Senior Analyst of Customer Personalization and Loyalty, where she contributed to major initiatives such as JetBlue’s Year in Review campaign, website retargeting, and international loyalty portfolios.
Mariana began her career at NBCUniversal as a Program Researcher for Bravo and Oxygen. She holds a B.S. in Business from Cornell University and an M.S. in Strategic Communication from Columbia University.
