Dr. Paola Peretti is the CEO of Nasta Pet Food North America, where she leads the expansion of purpose-driven pet brands and the digital acceleration of a fast-growing CPG business across the U.S. and Canada. With 25+ years of global leadership experience across luxury, beauty, fashion, and consumer goods, she has held executive roles at Moncler, LVMH’s Fresh Beauty, Mars, and Lush Décor; building high-performing teams, scaling digital ecosystems, and guiding brands through bold transformation.
Dr. Peretti has lived and worked across four continents, bringing international perspective (and plenty of real stories from the field) into every class. As a professor, Paola, that has a Ph.D in marketing where he became an expert of “omnichannel customer experience for luxury brands”, she blends data, creativity, and human-centered leadership to help students thrive in the evolving world of eCommerce and digital strategy. She conducted research alongside faculty at Kellogg School of Management and the Stockholm School of Economics, and she is the author of multiple publications, including books on digital marketing, marketing strategy for luxury brands, and crowdfunding for purpose-led organizations. Known for her energy, clarity, and mentorship, she encourages students to think big, design with intention, and build careers, and impact that truly matter.
Paola lives in New York with her husband Aldo, her dog Lady, she has grown up twins Emilio and Emma, and in her spare time she loves volunteering for NYRR, traveling, exploring new design trends in fashion, and trying forward looking technology focusing on longevity and health and wellness.
