Diana DeCubellis is the Senior Director of Student Leadership, Engagement and Careers, leading both the SPS Wasserman Career Center and the Office of Student Life and Events teams. Her prior roles at NYU SPS were Interim Director and Associate Director of Career Development, both at Wasserman. She currently serves on the SPS Graduate Studies Committee. As SPS Adjunct Faculty she teaches Career Development, Life Design and Student Success courses.
With an innovative approach to preparing students for the future of work, Diana initiated the SPS Wasserman Career & Leadership Fellows scholarship program, the Student Leadership Lab, an AI career coaching pilot and an AI Fluency for Careers student educational campaign. Diana’s commitment to student mentorship includes serving on the Dean’s Scholars Peer Mentor Program committee, supporting the Bridge Scholars, First Class and DICP programs, and mentoring Rhodes Scholars and Fulbright Scholars candidates for NYU’s Office of Student Awards.
Diana holds an NYU undergraduate degree and is currently enrolled at NYU Steinhardt College in the Learning Technology and Design MA program. She holds multiple Career Coaching and Life Design certifications.
