Cathy Bradley is a long-time philanthropy executive, with more than 25 years of experience in corporate giving, grantmaking, nonprofit management, and fundraising. She is a philanthropy consultant, advising national and global organizations including the Professional Baseball Groundskeeper Association, Laureus Sport for Good U.S.A., and the National Recreation and Parks Association.
From 2000-2019, Cathy served as the executive director of Baseball Tomorrow Fund, building a $10 million joint initiative of Major League Baseball and the MLB Players Association into a respected, $40 million industry resource. In her role, she managed the entire grant making process, traveling extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally to advise nonprofits, government agencies, and schools on program and capital projects to increase youth baseball and softball participation.
Most recently, Cathy served as the Vice President of Grantmaking at Inclusiv, the largest network of community development financial institutions with a mission to promote financial inclusion in low-income communities across the country. She was also the Vice President of Development & Philanthropy at New York Road Runners, the nonprofit that operates the TCS New York City Marathon and promotes health and wellness in New York City.
In her free time, Cathy serves in Board leadership positions for the Historic House Trust of New York City and the Lewis Latimer House in Queens. She is also a fellow of the US/Japan Leadership Program.
Cathy was raised in Macomb, Illinois and is a graduate of the University of Missouri, earning a BS in Business Administration. She resides in Forest Hills, New York.
