Toni Haugh, Adjunct Instructor within the NYU SPS Integrated Marketing program, teaches CRM: Customer Experience Management. She is a global marketing leader with extensive B2B and B2C experience at startups and large matrixed organizations, including The Knot Worldwide, The New York Times, and NBCUniversal. Haugh holds a BS in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and an MS in Direct and Interactive Marketing from New York University. Currently, Haugh is a doctoral student in Business Administration at Drexel University. She is also a proud member of Chief, the only private membership network focused on connecting and supporting women executive leaders.
