This initiative aims to connect creators from the East to the West, fostering a continuous exchange of artistic ideas and practices. Through the Portal of Art, Hull seeks to open new doors of exploration into emerging themes, evolving technologies, and contemporary tools that shape the ever-expanding landscape of visual art and digital media.
Quote from Scott:
“Exchanging ideas across boundaries especially digital boundaries between artists can be a delicate subject. Many artistic techniques allow for originality and alignment to a particular response. I feel that if there were a way to open a visual conversation between artists over a great a distance that perhaps the divided mind set my lessen. Alliances may even grow, allowing a better platform for young and upcoming creators.”
