David A Gutschmit
Professor David Gutschmit is a retired member of the U.S. national security community. In the course of a 37-year career, he completed numerous assignments both at home and abroad. He has held multiple management positions in the U.S. IC working on foreign intelligence and counterintelligence issues.
Mr. Gutschmit is a 1980 graduate of Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He received a master’s degree from John Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies in 1993. He has taught graduate courses on intelligence studies at Georgetown, Salve Regina University, and the U.S. Naval War College
